Temporada de Anatomía de Grey 9 ha visto Meredith preocupada por su embarazo, y en base a la descripción oficial ABC ha lanzado para el episodio 20, "Ella me está matando", es posible que tenga más razones para preocuparse en el futuro. 
EPISODIO: "Ella me está matando", Meredith y Derek va a obtener "una noticia inquietante" que les lleva a "tomar medidas preventivas para el futuro de sus hijos", y que incluye Cristina teniendo un papel importante en las vidas de los niños. Según el escritor episodio Bucatinsky Dan (que también protagoniza escándalo), el episodio magia de temática explorará la pareja "tentadores y aterrador" emociones que llevaron al nacimiento de su hijo. EPISODE: "She's Killing Me," Meredith and Derek will be getting "some unsettling news" that leads them to "take preventative steps for their children's future," and that includes Cristina taking a big role in the kids' lives.According to episode writer Dan Bucatinsky (who also stars on Scandal), the magic-themed episode will explore the couple’s “tantalizing and terrifying” emotions leading up to the birth of their child. “They’re looking at both the magic of creating a family and the scariness of not knowing,” he dishes to TVLine.

Considering that Meredith discovers she has a few Alzheimer’s genetic markers in Episode 20, causing MerDer to “take preventative steps for their children's future,” they could be going into full-blown panic mode. We’re nervous, but if anyone can make it through a stressful time, it’s Meredith and Derek. Let us count the tragedies they’ve been through together in nine seasons...
